Corey Coleman being gone is a yawn. What do the Browns do next at receiver

In 2016, Corey Coleman was at the peak of his football career. The pick was part of the haul the Browns received from the Philadelphia Eagles in the trade for the second overall pick that same season (Carson Wentz).

Cleveland has traded former first-round wide receiver Corey Coleman to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for an undisclosed future draft pick, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

To this point in his career, the 15th overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft has failed to live up to his draft hype. The Bills now have Coleman, Kelvin Benjamin, Andre Holmes, and Zay Jones as their starting wide receivers, but they will need to find a balance between their front-runners.

"He's not going to automatically get anything, he's going to have to come in here and compete and that's what I told him".

Coleman, 24, has had each of his first two National Football League seasons cut short by a broken hand. "That was one of the attractive things of him coming out [in the draft] and he's still got that".

Coleman has been rumored to be on the trade block for quite some time now. Buffalo enters the season with Kelvin Benjamin as their No. 1 option, and a lot of uncertainty.

Gordon will make $790,000 this year, the minimum salary for a player with two accrued seasons, after signing his exclusive-rights contract with the team this offseason. They also have used Jeremy Kerley as a slot receiver. He has just over 700 yards and five touchdowns since being drafted out of Baylor.
